The Ultimate 15-Minute Sheet Pan Asparagus and Sausage Dinner

Ingredients:
​1 lb Smoked Kielbasa or Turkey Sausage (sliced into rounds)
​1 lb Fresh Asparagus (trimmed)
​2 tbsp Olive oil
​3 cloves Garlic (minced)
​1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
​Salt and pepper to taste
​1/2 Lemon (for serving)

Instructions:

​Preheat & Prep: Heat your oven to 425°F. Lay the asparagus and sausage rounds in a single layer on a large sheet pan.

​Drizzle & Season: Pour the oil over the ingredients, then add the garlic, red pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss everything with your hands until evenly coated.
​Roast: Bake for 12–15 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when the sausage looks crispy and the asparagus is bright green.

​Final Touch: Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top to brighten the flavors.
