Crispy Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Asparagus

Simple. Fresh. Addictive.

If you’ve ever brought home fresh asparagus from a farm stand and wondered how to make it taste restaurant-level without overcomplicating dinner, this is the recipe.

This crispy garlic parmesan asparagus highlights what fresh, local produce does best: bold flavor, clean texture, and zero fuss. It works as a side dish, a snack, or even a meal upgrade when you need something fast and real.

Ingredients

• 1 bunch fresh asparagus (trimmed)
• 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
• Optional: lemon wedges or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.

  2. Rinse asparagus and pat dry completely. Dry asparagus = crispy asparagus.

  3. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil, add garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.

  5. Roast for 12–15 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.

  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle parmesan over the top.

  7. Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.

  8. Finish with lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired.

Serve immediately.
